Although it was really hard for them, my previous owners recognized that I needed more time, patience, and training than they were able to give me at this point in their lives. Because they loved me so much, they made the incredibly difficult decision to reach out and help me find a forever home where I can get everything I need, and more! ❤️

I know I was tremendously loved, and I wouldn’t settle for anything less than that in my next home!

I have lived with other conures before. However, if I’m going to a home with other birds, I will need close supervision and a careful introduction. I can be a little selective about which birdies I like and which ones I’d rather give a little nip to… hehe!

I’m only 3 years old, but I could live to be 30, so please keep that in mind if you’re considering adopting me. I really want my next home to be my forever home. Change can be difficult for birds, and even though I may look like I can handle anything, big changes are hard on me too.

I’m a lover, not a fighter! I have never bitten a person, but I am also a very emotionally intelligent little guy, which means I need time to warm up to new people. Trust is incredibly important to me. I need a home that understands that building a relationship with a bird takes time, patience, consistency, and ongoing effort.

Once we build that trust, though? I just want to be your best friend.
